Travel between maps and profession rewards

• Passages can now carry you to an entirely different map, not just to another spot in the same land. The world is no longer a single piece of terrain.
• Quests can now reward profession experience — the same kind you earn from killing monsters. The points you collect raise your profession level just as they always did.
