Renaming a party works again

Fixed

• You can type a party name again. The text field was being cleared every second along with the roster refresh, so the old name came back before you could finish typing. The field is now yours until you confirm the change with the button or Enter.
• The remove-from-party and hand-over-leadership buttons no longer disappear from under your cursor as you click them.
