Monsters stand where you see them

Fixed

• The Thief and the Cow are no longer drawn beside the tile they actually stand on. Every monster now stands exactly where you see it, whatever the size of its artwork.
• The name and health bar of larger monsters such as the Orc or the Cow no longer sit across the body — they stay above the head.
