Clearer experience bars

Changed

• Base EXP and Class EXP now use thin mirrored bars along the sides of the screen with a shared center block showing the current levels. Hotbar key labels were aligned so they no longer overlap the experience readouts.
• The cooldown-failure puff now travels only from the character's feet to waist height instead of drifting toward the head.
