New skill tree

• Skills are now arranged on a fixed 7×6 board. Empty slots remain visible, while every skill keeps a stable place for its name, icon, and rank.
• Novice and current-class skills now share one window. Class switches, branch cards, and connecting lines are gone; requirements remain available in tooltips.
