New
- Parties share experience. With shared split, a kill is worth more than it would be alone — the bigger the group, the bigger the pool — and it is divided evenly between everyone who was nearby. Standing in town earns nothing. You can also leave the experience to whoever landed the final blow.
- Loot stops being a race. Every drop is assigned to one party member — in turn, at random, or always the leader — and for twenty seconds only they can pick it up. After that it lies free for anyone. Someone else's loot is the dimmed, reddish bubble.
- Parties have their own chat tab. Only members see it, and it disappears when you leave the party.
Fixed
- Switching channels no longer throws you out of your party. Your seat is held, and the others see you as disconnected in the meantime — the same goes for a brief connection drop. Switching characters no longer leaves the character you stopped playing sitting in the roster.
